The I On Haven - Single Family Home in Evanston, IL
This single-family home was developed over 10 weeks throughout the first quarter of Northwestern’s introductory architecture course. The main concept of this home is linearity, with all central aspects located along the site’s spine, featuring an atrium kitchen and dining space that opens onto sunken side courtyards providing indoor/outdoor living and privacy without barriers.
